January 1st, 2006-- Beacon Services, Inc. would like to report an addition to its portfolio of properties it manages. A ten unit association has contracted a management agreement in which Beacon Services, Inc. will provide real estate and property services. The addition of this new West Cedar Street association brings Beacon Services's portfolio to the total of (37) properties managed. 

 February 6th, 2005-- Beacon Services, Inc. has successfully implemented a complete paperless office. As part of planning in the event of a theft or disaster, Beacon Services produced and implemented a process and method of successfully converting all associations and apartment buildings records to electronic format based on pdf. This conversion now allows the company to have zero recovery time in the event of a loss.  All records are now backed and archived daily at a remote site automatically.  This new system, all developed in house, has also opened several new opportunities for properties to access their records and information.
